Introduction
Orphan users are users that have not been assigned to a business unit. Orphans cannot be assigned as resources (such as an instructor). You can use this search to locate those orphaned users and assign them to a business unit.
Procedure
1. From the Users menu, select Orphan Search.
Note: This left-hand side menu is displayed when security setting 101: List Orphan Search is displayed.
The following screen is displayed:

2. Use the available fields, drop-down lists, an check boxes to narrow the parameters of your search.
3. Click Search.
Your results are displayed:

4. Click on a Name link to access the profile for that user.
