Entering Custom Fields for a User

Introduction

Use this section to provide any information for the available custom fields. This option is available only when custom fields have been created for a business unit.

Procedure

1.      From the Users menu, click Add New User.

The Basic Information screen is displayed.

2.      After entering and saving basic information, click Custom Fields.

The Custom Fields screen is displayed:

Custom Fields for a User

Use this screen to specify custom field values for this user. Because the fields are custom for each user, the screen above is not explained.

3.      Make the necessary selections as needed.

4.      Click Save to keep your changes.
