A community is the top-level category for grouping users within LearnFlex. It is the largest “group” of learners in an organization. Each user in the LearnFlex system is assigned to a community. A user can only be assigned to one community at a time. The system supports multiple communities. Each community can have different banners, colors, navigation, course catalogues, learning paths, language libraries, and business rules. Examples of distinct business rules for a community could be setting a maximum number of user accounts. While there are no limits, LearnFlex requires at least one community.
